Operation HOPE

Operation H.O.P.E. is a temporary winter shelter for homeless families and women located at 123 West Orange in Vista, California. It is based on a collaborative model that draws on the commitment and concern of local government, social service agencies, businesses, organizations, and individuals. Operation H.O.P.E. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.  The shelter is also a member of the Alliance for Regional Solutions, the cooperative  network of shelters across North San Diego County.

Mission Statement:

Providing a safe environment for families and single homeless women with specialized case management, educational programs, resource information, and faithful care to help support the initial stage of rebuilding lives and regaining hope.
